We're thrilled to be putting on a comic workshop event with
the amazing Zoom Rockman, creator and artist of 'The Zoom' comic. Issue #1 of
'The Zoom' came out four years ago, when Zoom was just 8 years old and since
then he has become something of a superstar. Last year alone he won The Spirit
of London Award for achievement in Media, he was one of the "20 people to
watch in 2013" listed in the Evening Standard, he appeared on the front
cover of the Independent on Sunday Magazine (which included a 4 page interview)
and he was invited to Downing Street to meet David Cameron! Zoom will be speaking
about how he has created his comics, his inspirations and giving tips on how to
draw in a comic style and create a storyboard. You can also design and make
your own badge alongside your comic creation! To read more about Zoom, click on

The workshop will be around and hour and tickets are
just £5 which includes all materials and refreshments. If you have any artwork
already, please bring it along to show Zoom.

Copies of The Zoom comic will be available at the Festival
and during the event and Zoom will be happy to sign copies for you.
